I'm a heavier person and of course always nervous cause I don't like people to judge me, and being embarrassed of my weight. Scott was great and treated me the same as everyone else. I did what my body was able to do and pushed myself as best as I could. He was encouraging and helpful. His work outs are great he works on ALL areas of your body. (For example not just core workout or only legs) I would recommend his gym; I enjoy the small class sizes and I’m looking forward to trying new things in his gym. Thanks Anita ….
